I got this quilt at the opp shop for 2 dollars it is squares of candelwicking.
it looks good
A lot of work has been put into it.
There are the two baskets on itThis is what the quilt looks like.
And this is the tag sewn on the back it must have been for this lady's family and it has ended up in the opp shop It will now have A good home with me.I will treasure it it's so much work to be wasted You would think it would have been handed to someone in her family?

Ditto - how sad that all that work went into that quitl and noone treasured it enough to keep it - wouldnt it be good to know the whole story. But what a find!!
