I bought this table cloth at A second hand shop today.
It is very pretty and it is all hand applique the stitches are so small.
The small buds have been filled with something then hans stitched on .the whole table has been hand stitched.someone must have had A lot of patience to do all this work.

That is exquisite! My mother had a thing for blues too. Her entire house is decorated blue. Once I made a pale blue bear's paw quilt, and she loved it so much I had to give it to her. I thought I could always make another one for myself, but I never did. I am so glad she was able to enjoy it while she was alive. She had it on their bed for years.
And what a wonderful find indeed! Good for you! 8-)
